Hello there!

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2021.
During the pandemic in my hospitality career, I was challenged to ask myself what else I could do that made me happy to be at work every day. After giving it some true thought, I applied to the Medical Massage Program at the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts & Sciences in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

After obtaining licensure in Massage Therapy in the State of Michigan, I continued my studies in massage therapy in Blue Heron's advanced course to obtain the following certifications:
Certified Lymphedema Technician
as well as
Medical Manual Therapist

In 2021, my husband and I bought our first home in Muskegon, Michigan. We reside there now with our fur baby Eugene and our backyard hens.

My first two years of my career, I enjoyed working with supportive staff and Chiropractic doctors at Fruitport Chiropractic Center in order to elevate your holistic approach to health care! We still work side-by-side today.

LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST
MEDICAL MANUAL THERAPIST
In 2022 I received a National Board Certification as a Lymphedema Technician and also a Medical Manual Therapist. Lymphedema massage treatment combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Congestive Decompression Therapy to decrease swelling due to edema, or lymphedema. Manual therapy involves the mobilization of soft tissue around a bone to decrease swelling, redness, and pain.
